There are many benefits to becoming a Community Helper, including the possibility of becoming a Community Advisor.

If you work hard and meet or surpass your Help Request quota, you will be acknowledged and/or rewarded by a senior member of the Advisory Team.
Here are just some of the benefits of becoming a Helper:

A chance to prove yourself to the Administrative Team.
Be recognized as an active Community member.
Helper tag on Teamspeak and on the Forums.
It is currently the only way to become a Community Advisor.
Access to the private Community Helper Area on the Forums.

If you maintain your duties and prove yourself worthy, all of these things will be readily available to you.
